The fully automatic cleaning and hardening machine (Custom-made lenses) is an all-in-one machine for high-end automotive lenses (with a high refractive index of 1.56-1.74), integrating intelligent precision cleaning, surface coating, curing and drying processes. It is suitable for optical lenses, protective glasses,AR glasses and other products.
· The ultrasonic frequency of the medicine sink part:28KHZ,the ultasonic frequency of the clear sink part:40KHZ
· Tanks and tanks are rounded to reduce filth.
· The tank body and water tank are all covered wth cotton insulation.
· Touch screen is cantilevered for easy movement and operation
· Outer frameof the machine is made of stainless steel
· Spraying trough adopts mobile scanning spray, no dead angles for cleaning.
· Dry conveyor adopts overall lifting traverse to reduce friction
